Cet alternateur n’a tenu que 1500km. Très déçu , et un diagnostic doit d’abord avoir été réalisé par un pro sur banc d’essai pour prise en charge de la garantie.

Bonjour , nous sommes désolé de l'incident que vous avez pu connaitre , concernant la demande de garantie en aucun cas il doit être fait un test par un pro avant de nous l'envoyer , la procédure est la suivante , vous pouvez nous renvoyer l'alternateur ( garantie deux ans ) à réception nous le revoyons au fabricant qui le test et si la garantie est avérée vous recevez un remboursement de l'alternateur. Alternateur adaptable pour ma Goldwing au tiers du prix de chez Honda. A voir sa tenu dans le temps, mais pour l'instant je suis entièrement satisfait.

il est venue en lieu et place de l'ancien juste la borne positive qui était un peut longue , mais cela à été vite remédier

conforme juste la vis d'excitation qui ne correspond pas j ai remis l ancienne pour pouvoir enquiller l'alternateur dedans rien de méchant quand on le sais maintenant...

Alternateur commandé en remplacement de celui d'origine de ma Goldwing 1500 SE de 1992. Il s'est monté en lieu et place sans problème. Tout fonctionne correctement. L'alternateur est livré avec un certificat de fonctionnement et les valeurs de voltage à différents régimes, ce qui prouve que le matériel est bien testé et validé en usine. Le produit semble de très bonne qualité et le prix est correct par rapport à ce qu'on peut trouver en occasion ou neuf. J'espère qu'il durera aussi longtemps que celui d'origine (140000km). Je recommande ce produit!
