Return a product or ask for Warranty
If you made a mistake when ordering, you have a maximum of 14 days to return the new and uninstalled product. (Free of scratches, dirty and with the undamaged box.
Regarding the warranty for parts (Regulator, Rectifier, etc...), you need to provide a copy of the diagnosis done on the product by a professional and a copy of your bill. Without such documents, we keep the right to not accept the returned product.

To avoid any issue, we advise you to use a tracking number for your package. You can pick any carrier your like. ( Postal Service, TNT, FedEx, UPS, etc...)
Once we receive your package, the product WILL BE TESTED and VERIFIED. After this you will be informed about the following events. If your product falls under the warranty, you will be refunded.
