Le produit ne fonctionne pas. suis en attente d'une nouvelle pièce pour pouvoir le renvoyer par la suite et me faire rembourser

Bonjour , vous avez contacté notre service client , nous vous avons envoyé un bon de retour pour renvoyer la pièce et donné la procédure de garantie tel que vous l'avez lu dans nos CGV , à réception du matériel l'alternateur est envoyé au fabricant pour test sur banc d'essai si la garantie est avérée vous recevrez un remboursement , il n'y a pas de remplacent de matériel .Cordialement
