Pièce non conforme aux normes CE .Aucune indication du fabricant. L'assurance ne marche pas si incendie. Je demande le remboursement.

Bonjour , nos pièces sont parfaitement conforme aux normes CE et toutes les informations sont disponibles sur le site ou si vous le désirez en nous écrivant . Pour un retour de pièce cela se pas tel que vous l'avez lu et accepté dans nos CGV avant achat , à réception du matériel neuf et non monté dans un délai de 14 jours ouvrés après réception de la commande vous recevrez un remboursement du matériel.
